KK Enterprise deals in the retail sale of fireworks and provides fireworks and special effects services for weddings and events, all subject to availability and applicable laws.

Event and wedding bookings are confirmed only after advance payment, and such advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. All remaining payments must be completed as per the agreed terms. Any cancellations or changes must be informed in advance and may be subject to charges depending on preparation and costs incurred.

KK Enterprise follows all safety standards and legal guidelines; customers are expected to comply with safety instructions provided. The company shall not be liable for delays, damages, or cancellations caused by factors beyond control, including weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Fireworks sold at retail are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold, except in the case of manufacturing defects. All website content, branding, and materials belong to KK Enterprise and may not be used without permission. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
